Lucius Jackson Gonzalez is Ruby Jackson Gonzalez’s brother, an ordinary working man whose kidnapping draws her into the orbit of CURE, the secret organization led by Harold W. Smith, and its field operative, Remo Williams. His story in The Last Dragon centers on coercion and exploitation rather than a continuing career in the series.
Story
Lucius works on an assembly line and is abducted into a system designed to make its captives dependent and obedient. He accepts the imposed routine and tries to meet his quota, illustrating how thoroughly the captors control the people they hold.
When Smith connects Lucius’s next of kin, R. Gonzalez, to Ruby, the search for him becomes a family rescue. Lucius is reunited with the wider world, but his available story is primarily this single novel’s account.

Book34 explicitly names Lucius Jackson Gonzalez and identifies him as Ruby Gonzalez's brother; Book37's Ruby reflection identifies Lucius as her brother and recalls her Norfolk Afro-wig shop, CIA/CURE work. The shared sibling and biographical context support the same character, not a first-name-only link.
